In 1976, the company was founded as a joint venture with Black & Decker, until it started independent business operation in the year 1993. Formerly known as Kulkarni Power Tools, the company has moved into manufacturing of other products such as Blowers and Electric Vehicles, along with Power Tools.
The factory is located in Kolhapur District in the State of Maharashtra, India.
